Sweat For TAPA

I had the opportunity to hold a work out class at my local church in Oxford Victory Revival Christian Centrer (VRCC).And we really did sweat for TAPA this was a fun day to get my community involved.
the images are self explanatory the women didn't shy away from sweating in their Sunday best clothes!.Even the ones that didn't get involved encouraged us and donated.

Its a joy to see how many people are willing to contribute and do their best to make a difference to our community.
