June is the Pillar of the community she brings not just Kenyans but the entire community as a whole. Even though she works full time June manages to give her time as a volunteer to various charities. The Charities are:1) Queens Park Community Orchard which plants trees and the fruits are free for the residents of Queens Park. They also organise a summer and Christmas event. 2)The Biddenham show- this a a village event that raises money that goes towards the village. 3)Tibbs Dementia Foundation - June is on the fundraising committee that raise money for people diagnosed with dementia and help them live well with the diagnosis. 4)Wooden Spoon- Rugby based charity that raises money for disadvantaged children in Bedford 5) Kenya Community in Bedford- June is the Secretary and last year she was one of the main organisers of the event that brought Kenyans together 6) St Gregory's middle school - June is the Secretary of the PTA and they raise money towards the school minibus.
