Hello my name is Isaura Apuyo ,I’m 24 years old born and raised in Kenya and based in London.Iam a social worker and I do makeup as my part time job. I would love to be part of face of kenya Ambassador 2024 and as a Kenyan citizen and being lived in one of arid area I’m quite familiar with the Disaster”water stress”.water scarcity threatens the health,development of community and environment. I would love to be part of the solution maker and pushing governments to find more innovative collaborative ways to address water stress.
The Face of Kenya Ambassadors are supporting the installation of water project for the Lenkishon community in Kajiado where the Lenkishon primary school and community can get clean water for life. This community at the moment fetch water very far from home. Face of Kenya is bringing the solution to a whole village.
