Hi, my name is carol Kairu I recently graduated at the university of Wolverhampton where I gained my BSc Honos in Health Studies. I was 3rd runner up in Miss Africa GB 2016/2017. In near future I want to have my own charity in Kenya support young people who are less privileged. My aim to have breakfast club in schools and ensure that each child gets at least a meal a day. During my visit in Kenya in 2019 I had the opportunity to go to a local school and talk with young people in class 8 who were writing their exams to give them words of encouragement of why they should keep going. This was a great opportunity and I just saw the begging of my vision come to reality. I also work close with a charity on Kenya in Limuru where I help raise money to support young people in schools. The recent project was providing geometrical sets for young people to write their exams and it was a successful project.
